Beer Description
An Imperial chocolate raspberry porter. We set out to create a bold, complex beer that tastes like raspberries and chocolate. This rich ale is the result. We artfully blended 5 different malts and cacao nibs to achieve deep cocoa flavor. Over 42 lbs of raspberry puree was added to the beer to provide fresh, bright fruit character. Complex malt and fruit but simply delicious. 7.8% ABV/23 IBU
