Beer Description
Our House Sour starts out with a basic malt bill of pilsner and wheat as to not overpower the fruit. We then add yogurt (yes yogurt) to the kettle where it will spend an extra day or two getting nice and tart. When we’ve hit our target pH, we sprinkle in a touch of bittering hops for balance and finish with real fruit right in the brite tank.
