Beer Description
Our first release is a Czech dark lager brewed with predominantly Czech ingredients. We begin with a mash of Czech pilsner malt and specialty dark malts from Epiphany Maltsters. We then incrementally hopped with Czech Saaz bringing it to a moderate 32 IBU and fermented with a Czech lager strain from Jasper Yeast
