Beer Description
A collaboration with Mark Dredge, beer expert and author of “A Brief History of Lager.” Bia Hoi is Vietnamese for “fresh beer” but it’s also the place that you drink Bia Hoi. So, in Vietnam, you drink Bia Hoi IN a Bia Hoi. There’s so much more to say about this beer that we had to ask our favorite friends at @seattlebeerschool to speak with Mark on their podcast, “Cheers To Beers.” We printed the spotify code directly on the front of the can so that you can access the discussion. As usual, it’s hilarious, insightful and educational. Also on the label is an actual journal entry of Mark’s while he was in Vietnam…best of luck decoding his scribbles
