Beer Description
A collaboration with Halcyon Brewing. Have you ever noticed the similarities between a German Kellerbier and an English Bitter? It’s a stupid question, I know…I mean WHO HASN’T!? Both are softly carbonated, mostly pale gold to medium amber with malt and hops in a delicate balance…and they both showcase the flavors of their country’s finest ingredients. We wanted to combine those ingredients and processes into one beer and see what came out the other side. Not surprisingly, this is one of the finest beers we’ve ever made; it turns out when you blend Maris Otter and Vienna malt with East Kent Goldings and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, you get the world’s most perfect beer to watch Soccer with. Ahem, I mean Football
