Beer Description
This beer and its crazier cosmic brother (which you should totally pick up too…for science) were brewed to answer some questions that the NY Hop Growers tasked us with. This is a hazy IPA hit with all-NYS Cascade hops and fermented with a traditional ale yeast. It offers grapefruit and orange notes, with a clean and zippy finish.
