Beer Description
Alongside its more traditional brother (our NYHG Hazy IPA) this was brewed to answer some questions from our friends at the Hop Growers of NY. It is an all-NYS Cascade hopped hazy IPA, and shares a nearly identical recipe with our NYHG Hazy IPA – except instead of a traditional ale yeast, this one is fermented with a yeast strain called Cosmic Punch, which has the potential to elicit serious tropical fruit flavors during fermentation.
