Beer Description
Second in a pair of beers the Hop Growers of NY tasked us with, this is an all-NYS Cascade hopped IPA. Nearly identical in recipe to its more traditional twin, this one is instead fermented with a yeast called Cosmic Punch, which has the potential to develop tropical fruit aromas and flavors.
