Beer Description
Cryotechnics is an 100% Simcoe beer that uses Simcoe T90s and Simcoe Cryo in the whirlpool and a dry hop showcasing the Simcoe experimental YCH Cryo Hops® Trial Product. Cryotechnics has an extremely bright aroma of crushed hops right off the bine that leads into flavors of sun kissed tropical fruit, citrus fruit pith crossed with earthy pine forrest floors and complex berry. Cryotechnics wraps up with a morph of flavors that shifts to a balanced hoppy bitterness and our #EQjuice finish. This is Harvester of Simcoe in hop fields on steroids.
