Our 8 Pounder Imperial Pilsner is brewed with generous amounts of German malt and hopped with all noble hops before being fermented on Weihenstephan lager yeast. The result is a full bodied lager that isn’t too malty or bitter. It’s a well balanced example of European tradition and North American ingenuity.
