Fieldwork Five Ten

The list of things to be excited about in 2021 was neither long nor distinguished, but towards the top of that list for us was seeing a response to Westcoast Pale Ales that we haven’t seen in the better part of a decade. All of our Westcoast IPAs have their own nuance that bends the style tradition, and Five Ten is no different, just in a Pale Ale. With nothing but oats and Pilsner malt, Five Ten comes out super crisp, pale, and dry but with a nice mouthfeel that complements its worldly hop blend. Selecting four of our favorite hops from around the world, coming from three different continents, Five Ten is dripping with a gigantic aroma and flavors of overripe tropical fruit, super sweet grapefruit, orange wine, honeydew, mango, papaya, white grapes, blueberries, gooseberries, and a subtle finish of a delivery van dropping off black market weed to your favorite dispensary.
