Beer Description
The thiols responsible for the intense passion fruit and grapefruit aromas in this beer are normally bound up in other molecules, making them flavorless. A uniquely designed yeast unlocks those thiols during fermentation, creating the punchy, tropical aroma and flavor. Mosaic, Strata, Idaho 7, and Cascade (in the mash), bolden the fruit character, and while adding hints of cannabis and black tea. Collaboration with Cerebral Brewing.
