Beer Description
Weird Science is made with 100% advanced hop products. We’re living in an amazing time with all of the R&D work going in to hops, not just on the breeding side, but on the production side as well! These hop products minimize the amount of vegetal matter going in to the beer, resulting not only in higher yields, but minimizing the “hop creep” we experience when dry hopping as well as a slightly different expression of the hop as well! There are a myriad of aromas and flavors jumping out of this beer, from citrus to tropical fruit, stone fruit, slight dank and grassiness as well! It’s bright and lively with all of these flavors being delivered on a pillowy mouthfeel. Cheers to living in the future!
