Beer Description
The Beings For Whom Being Matters is about examination, exploration, and depth. Brewed in collaboration with our friend Averie at Keeping Together it features pu-ehr tea which is a fermented, aged tea known for its mellow, earthiness. The beer has notes of cardamom, lemon zest, clove, white peaches, roasted parsnips, dried mushrooms, black tea, and forest floor. It was primed for refermentation in the bottle with honey giving it a wonderfully soft and full texture for a beer that is bone dry.
