Beer Description
Introducing Foggy Footpath, a new version in our series of rotating hop driven beers. We incorporated a thoughtful percentage of flaked oats and wheat into the grain bill, which created a smooth creamy mouthfeel and soft body.
Introducing Foggy Footpath, a new version in our series of rotating hop driven beers. We incorporated a thoughtful percentage of flaked oats and wheat into the grain bill, which created a smooth creamy mouthfeel and soft body. A new type of yeast was employed for our creative fermentation process. This yeast works directly to release more hop thiols contained in our selected 2021 crop of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. These thiols offer a massive tropical fruit character, which when combined with a soft bodied beer really shine. We double dry hopped Foggy Footpath both during fermentation and during conditioning. We hope you enjoy this new direction for our hoppy lineup, and remember to never stop exploring.
