Beer Description
This is our effort to showcase the 2022 Pink Boots Hop Blend and raise some money for our local CT Pink Boots Society Chapter. A beer driven and brewed by the women of Tox, we crafted this IPL, a style new to us. Premium Pilsner malt with touch of flavor malts is fermented with one of our favorite lager yeast strains and finished with a tasteful dry hop. Combining nicely with esters from the lager yeast, we are experiencing a liquid fruit salad, big notes of berries, melon, concord grape, a touch of herbal spice, with some pineapple creeping in.
