Mike Katsoris, grandson of Superior’s founder, jumped on the opportunity to collabe with Staten Island’s legend, Flagship Brewery.
We crafted an unforgettable version of the American classic, Cream Ale. Our interpretation is perfect for the Spring time in Staten Island. We brewed this creamy, balanced Ale with the finest hops, real vanilla, and fresh cocoa nibs.
