Sainte Devote is a mixed culture ale and the first in our Saisonnaire series. Collaboration with Buttonwoods Brewery, using their mixed culture yeast then moved to our Egg Foudre which it rested for four months then moved into bottles and conditioned for an additional four months. Santè
