Beer Description
We are very happy to introduce our newest beer series and collaboration project, Fortunes Fate! We designed a beautiful Gose where the salinity is derived from oysters harvested in New Jersey waters. We teamed up with our friends at Forty North Oysters to create this delicious beer.
Every Fortunes Fate beer brewed will feature oysters from Forty North. The next beer of this series is a Pineapple & Mango Sour Oyster Gose. The oysters’ saline content enhances the initial tropical mango sweetness to contrast the sour finish.
