Galaxy/Citra dry-hopped sour, using a Lachancea (non-brewers) yeast.
The yeast (Wildbrew Philly Sour) was found in a cemetery in Philadelphia and produces lactic acid and ethanol.
Huge lemony/tropical fruit flavors/aromas, medium soft acidity, eminently drinkable.
