Beer Description
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from Lodi, California were destemmed, crushed, and left to begin fermentation. Once fermentation was underway, a simple wort was brewed and added to the fermenting grapes. No yeast was pitched at any point. Once fermentation was complete, the resulting hybrid was matured in neutral oak barrels. Blended and bottle conditioned.
