Beer Description
This beer is not named after an obscure character in a Dickens novel. It is instead the beer equivalent of a varietal wine: Maris Otter is considered by many brewers to be the finest of all English Barleys, and is reserved for “top of the line” pale ales, where its low tannin and protein content make for a clean flavor combined with a smooth finish. The hops are Willamette.
