Beer Description
Flemish-style sour ale aged in Pinot Noir barrels for 20 months. Tart with medium-high acidity and notes of dark fruit, maraschino cherry, white chocolate, light-bodied red wine and a hint of balsamic glaze-like sweetness. Medium body and approachably balanced with an off-dry finish.
