PINEAPPLE AND STONEFRUIT DOMINATE the flavor profile, compliments of one of the newest hop varietals from Yakima Valley, BRU-1. With help from big hitters, Citra & Sabro, the aroma is as impressive as the flavors, layering fruit and floral characteristics all the way through, from sniff to swallow. Dextrine malt keeps the beer light in appearance, but full in body, particularly in the mid-palate. WM drinks juicy with a modest ABV to ensure ultimate smoothness.
