Beer Description
Eternal Sunrise is the first beer released by Coffin Island Brewing. Eternal Sunrise is an American Wheat. This wheat beer is brewed with 50% Proximity base 2-row and 50% Flaked White Wheat. Hopped with Lemondrop and Motueka, to give it a pleasant bitter finish with loads of lemon and hints of orange. It is fermented at high temperatures using a Voss Kviek strain which adds lemon balm notes. At 4.8% abv this is the perfect complement to watching the sunrise, because you can’t drink all day unless you start in the morning.
