Cerveza con mucha tradición alemana. Elaborada a base de trigo y malta pilsner. Se realiza una fermentación que otorga ácido láctico, y se le agrega un poco de sal marina y semilla de cilantro, ingredientes que le dan una nota cítrica y muy ligeramente salina. Una cerveza muy refrescante y que recuerda a la famosa “michelada”.
