Aroma: Intense ester profile of citrus fruits and herbal tea balance out as the rich maltyness comes forward with notes of caramel and honey.
Flavor: The strong four boil allowed us to put together a rich caramel malty flavor. French Strisselspalt hops bring a dynamic bittering element to an already unique Barleywine.
Finish: Elevated mouthfeel that lasts a long time allowing you to gather all the complexity of this beer. Bitterness is high yet it is a perfect match to the caramel malt.
