AN EXPERIMENTAL IPA USING AS LITTLE GREEN HOP MATTER AS POSSIBLE. WE BREWED THIS BEER WITH CITRA INCOGNITO, A CO2 EXTRACTED HOP PRODUCT WHICH AMPLIFIES AROMA WITHOUT ADDING ANY ACTUAL
HOP PELLETS, AND PHANTASM POWDER, AN EXPERIMENTAL THIOL BUSTING POWDER DERIVED FROM SAUVIGAUN BLANC GRAPES. WE THEN DRY HOPPED THIS HAZY DIPA WITH NEW ZEALAND RIWAKA AND MOTUEKA. IT’S JUICY, DANK AND WILD TO SAY THE LEAST.
