Beer Description
We love to source seasonal ingredients pulled from local gardens, orchards and sometimes fields full of dandelions in full blossom. The flowers provide a great substitute for hops – adding a unique bitterness to this delicious floral Sasion. The flowers were used in the whirlpool as well as in place of hops during dry-hopping. You will love it to the moon and back.
