Sometimes cidermaking takes a bit of coddiwompling – traveling with purpose towards an unknown destination. We didn’t start this cider knowing what it would be, but we knew we wanted to use new techniques and ingredients. Made with passionfruit and Cascade hops, this hazy cider defies categorization. Tart, bold, and fruity, it bridges the gap between cider and beer. Cheers to The Coddiwompler and the journey, even if the next destination is still unknown!
