Forgotten Boardwalk The Johnny

This unique ale was brewed with strawberries, raspberries, hibiscus, just a little rose (both hips and petals) and fermented with Philly Sour yeast. The result is tart and fruity with floral highlights.

Inspiration behind the artwork:
As we bring in the “Year of the Tiger”, we’d love to talk a bit more about our newest music-series beer, based off of the once in a generation talent, Annie Clark. Having seen her live show and her kick ass band this past year completely solidified the inspiration behind “The Johnny.”We created a character that dances along to her 70’s inspired tunes and turns her amps up to 11. The liquid inside this beautiful can is a Tart Rose Ale that was brewed with Hibiscus, Rose Hips, Strawberries and Raspberries. Now everyone can do “The Johnny” and drink "The Johnny’ too. So tell your “Young Lover” not to “Fear the Future”, and whether it’s a “Happy Birthday” or a “Marry Me” – come snag a four pack of The Johnny, dance your “Fast Slow Disco” or your “Slow Slow Disco”
