Beer Description
Pollen is our rotating hop Pale Ale series. A simple grain selection and our house IPA yeast are paired with a single hop. This batch offers a particularly fluffy mouthfeel and is quite aromatic. This expression of Riwaka is presenting us with notes of passion fruit, mandarin oranges, grapefruit, and a mélange of tropical berries. We are also getting a really pleasant wheat and lemongrass note throughout. A great light and flavorful pale ale for this seasonal warming New England weather.
