Beer Description
This Skazy (sick hazy) Double IPA is a high performance machine that is thoroughly layered with premium hops: Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Zeus & Strata. We’ve lowered the fermentation temperature for a more neutral, cleaner profile and let the hops ride for a longer contact time, all in conjunction with an enzyme that promotes biotransformation and boosts hop flavors and aromas. Profile on this is pretty crazy; we’re getting ripe mango, melon candy, pineapple and orange oil with a full, fluffy body and smooth mouthfeel with enough hop grit to balance everything out and prevent excess sweetness.
