Beer Description
The latest in our staff brew series, this beer was dreamed up by our awesome taproom manager, Chelsea. Sunshine on my mind is a cherry lemonade-inspired sour ale. It’s bright with a mouth-watering acidity that makes it a great summertime sipper. We also added some Dairy-Free vanilla soft serve to help bring a little mouthfeel to the beer and to bridge the tart cherry and lemon flavors. We’re stoked with Chelsea’s vision for this beer and hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!
