Beer Description
This Black IPA has a similar malt bill like a double IPA with one exception, we added Briess Midnight Wheat to make it dark in color and impart a subtle roast flavor. The hop profile is typical of an American IPA with aromas and flavors ranging from piney to fruity to citrus. Schwartbaum is German for ‘Black Tree’.
