Beer Description
Straddling the line between American Wheat and American Pale Ale, this refreshing ale was built with Mecca Grade Estate Malted Pale and Wheat malts as well as a touch of raw wheat. Layered with kettle additions of Cascade and Mosaic hops from the Yakima Valley, Wheat Whacker hits a nose of fresh cracked wheat and orange then rolls into a soft mouthfeel. Flavors are reminiscent of lemon, lime, fresh baked bread and finishes with a mild, refreshing bitterness that commands another sip!
