Beer Description
A collaborative Double IPA with Austin’s Pinthouse Brewing! This is a mashup of our two breweries’ styles and although hazy in appearance, it’s much drier with an integrated bitterness that lends balance. We’ve included the classic combination of Simcoe & Mosaic hops, as well as a new lupulin concentrated product called Cryo Pop for added depth. A neutral, German Alt strain keeps emphasis on the hops oils, imparting intense grapefruit, peach, and mango notes with a bit of pineapple candy.
