Beer Description
Jumbo Jets is a double dry hopped Hazy IPA. This beer is a variation on one of our favorite IPAs, Jets Overhead, but receives an additional charge of dry hops before being packaged. It all starts with a grist of malted barley, malted wheat, flaked oats, and dextrin malt. After a large whirlpool addition of hops, it heads to the tank to be fermented with our own blend of expressive yeast strains. Later it is generously dry hopped with Citra, and El Dorado before a separate and equally generous dry hopping of Galaxy and Mosaic.
