Beer Description
We have been inspired to challenge our cold-side skills to produce this exciting IPA variation. Extended lagering, coupled with light pilsner malt, creates a crushable and refined base beer, serving as a platform for the fulsome impact of PNW Hops that bring a resinous mouthfeel with sensations of passionfruit, pineapple, apricot, dark berry, citrus, and piney loam. Caramel malt and corn keep the malt character bright and slightly sweet while letting this clear beer shine yellow as it sports a dense white head. With such a smooth drinkable body combined with bombastic hop character, itβs no wonder the Cold IPA trend is sweeping the continent.
