Beer Description
This Imperial IPA, took its name from the fertile character of Greek mythology “Niobe”. The name is also inspired by Niobium 92.9 IBU, International bitterness scale, hit the beer, which is the atomic mass of Niobium chemical element used in steel alloys and worldwide production is almost entirely of Minas Gerais. It has reddish, creamy lather and sharp aroma of passion fruit. The hops contained in the recipe are: Polaris, Saaz, Cascade and Galaxy. Other Information: The Wals brewery began in 1999, Pampulha, Belo Horizonte. It’s a brewery concept typically European – small manufacturing plants, and absolute control of the process.
