Tudo bem? Tudo bom! Tart, fruity, and bright, the Catharina Sour is a beer style out of Santa Catarina, Brazil. In collaboration with Prairie Malt and Goose Island, this sour ale is brewed with blackberries and Curuba, an Amazonian fruit with flavors of peach and passionfruit. Blackberries add a delicate sweetness and a bit of earthiness. The result is tropical, sunny, and delicious. Saúde!
