Beer Description
We wanted to pay homage to San Jose’s Western themed amusement park that operated from 1961-1980 on the site that is now Edenvale Park, next to Hayes Mansion. The beer was brewed with copious amounts of Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic lending big flavors of tropical fruit, citrus, berry, and a delicious dankness. The high percentage of oats and wheat in the grist lends a pillowy soft body.
