With this beer, X, we bring you a symbol of our ten years of love & triumph with the culture of SOB. True to SOB’s original Belgian inspiration, this Tripel-style beer is yeast-driven with a one-of-a-kind custom genetic hybridization with our friends at Chicago’s Omega Yeast. Banana esters, a touch of clove, low phenols, a hint of bubblegum, & a distinct finish of perceived sweetness that fades as the beer warms. Midwestern hops, Midwestern yeast, Midwestern grain, & the soul of our brewery.
