Beer Description
Thiols…the newest hip thing in beer to geek out over. These compounds can be converted by some yeasts into insane tropical flavors. Featuring Phantasm and a special strain from Berkeley yeast, we set out to engineer a beer specifically around this interaction of compounds. Enjoy big tropical flavors of guava and passionfruit with underlying citrus and berry notes.
