Beer Description
It has been an absolute honor working with Goethe Seattle the last couple years. Promoting art and cultural exchange is always the first thing to go when shitty old dudes start invading sovereign countries. This final farewell before their program is cut was made in collaboration with a couple faves, Seattle Beer School and Bottleworks in Wallingford. Inspired by Dieter Rams’ 10 Principles of Good Design, we set out to make a Pilsner and a label that follows as closely as possible the spirit of his ideas. We sourced local Baronesse Pilsner malt grown in Colfax, WA by our friends at Linc Malt and Salmon Safe Liberty Hops from our friends Indiehops
