Beer Description
A collaboration with Malpractice Brewing Co., Hybrid Theory is a brand new style of beer we created to bridge the gap between a Light Lager and a Pale Ale. Brewed with the combination of Pilsner and IPA grain bills, whirlpool and dry hopped with a blend of Noble and New-school fruit forward hops, fermented with a Lager Yeast, but at warmer Ale temps., and conditioned a bit longer than an Ale, but shorter than a Lager. The end result is a clean, bright, crisp and refreshing 6.5% beer with flavors of clementine, lemongrass, mild pine resin, with a touch of floral spice and white pepper! A true summer slammer!
