Beer Description
When left unattended, the brewers might just make an old school West Coast IPA with a little new school flare, thus our brand new DDH West Coast India Pale Ale, “Our Own Devices,” was born. We proudly present you with an assertively bitter, delightfully flavorful, crisp, clean and dry westy hopped with Centennial Incognito, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus Cryo, Simcoe Cryo and Comet with dank, piney resin on the nose and beautiful tasting notes of delicately slapped mint leaves, freshly mowed fairways at Torrey Pines and tropical berries straight from the, well, tropics. Sometimes a little unsupervised brewing leads to an exquisitely crafted brew no matter which devices were used to get there.
