Beer Description
7.1% Piña Colada inspired IPA. We brewed this beer with a heavy dose of lactose to add body and sweetness, then hopped it with Sabro in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped it with Bru-1, Sabro, and Sultana. We then added pineapple puree at end of fermentation and conditioned it on raw Coconut flakes. This IPA is extremely tropical and refreshing, with a potent aroma and flavor notes of coconut, pineapple, and classic summer tiki drinks.
