Beer Description
Tasting Notes: Pine – Dank – Orange Zest
We got together with our friend at Flipside Brewing to collaborate on a kick ass throwback dry hopped west coast style pale ale. We used a blend of Chinook, Centennial, Zythos, Cascade and Ekuanot hops giving this beer a huge aroma of pine forests, dankness and citrus zest. Keep on the lookout for Flipside as they are getting ready to open soon in Tinley Park. We wish them all the best and know they are going to knock it outta the park with their new brewery!
