Cobbler Style Pastry Sour with Boysenberry, Lemon, Graham Cracker and Vanilla
So we just found out that people create fake accounts online and then create fake high ratings. We then found out that our brewery apparently benefits from these fake high ratings. At least, that is what one person on Untappd said, so in typical YB fashion, we named a beer after them. This cobbler inspired sour is loaded up with hundreds of pounds of Boysenberry and Lemon which we then kiss with graham cracker and vanilla. The result is dessert in a glass, with enough citrusy tang to balance out the summer berry sweetness of the Boysenberry.
